Shipping & Returns
Most vendors highlighted in the Shop offer shipping throughout the UK, Europe and Internationally. All items are shipped within 48 hours of order processing, pending availability. Please note, the current situation with COVID 19 may delay some shipping timings.

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Any customs charges incurred by the country of destination is to be paid by and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take the utmost care in ensuring your product is delivered to you in a timely manner with highest of standards and care and request that all vendors on our shop do the same.
We undertake to exchange or reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us immediately via our Contact Page.
We take greatest measures to ensure all products are represented to their entirety and all details are included in product pages and descriptions. Therefore, we are unable to except returns of undamaged products. Any exchanges will be assess on a case by case basis and only offered where suppliers are able to exchange for either alternative products or store credit. We do not refund any packing and postage charges. Exchange of undamaged goods is entirely at cost and risk of the customer.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
