meet Your hosts
Michele and I crossed paths for the first time back in 2008 at Fashion University. As fresh faces in the world of fashion, we were unaware that a turn of fate would eventually lead us down parallel spiritual paths.
Intriguingly, as I found myself exploring the intricate labyrinths of India, I evolved into a seasoned yoga instructor. Michele, on the other hand, pursued his zeal for acting, delivering avant-garde shows and performances as he journeyed across Europe.
The circumstances of the global lockdown led Michele to me once more as he sought me out for online yoga sessions. Eventually, a profound Kundalini awakening took him by surprise, momentarily halting his yoga practice. This profound experience, however, opened up a new avenue for self-discovery.
He delved into the depths of self-exploration, adopted a regular meditation practice, and began to intertwine his twin passions; theatre and spirituality. This unique fusion has become the driving force behind his explorations into the depth of human potential and consciousness.

Spiritual Theatre Movement
A fusion of theatre, dance and meditation techniques aimed at making the invisible visible. Theatre as a ritual act can bring to light the darkest abysses. Often we forget to have a body and how much this is able to feel, to remember, to communicate with ourselves and with others. As A.Jodorowsky says “ There are millions of cells in our skin with complex memory” But we can reconnect and embark on a journey between these cells, return to a ‘Zero’ in order to be able to know the universe better inside and outside of us, thus recovering its true nature.
It will be possible to explore your body, break it down and then rebuild it, find new ways, new movements, new sounds, a reverse process to return to being in the world.
BORGO ACQUA PAOLA
Borgoacquapaola is the ideal place for meditation retreats and holistic disciplines such as yoga and other kinds of body activity
Borgoacquapaola is located in Bracciano 37 km from Rome, and borders the wood of the Orsini-Odescalchi Castle, a large and luxuriant park.
The structure offers a splendid swimming pool, a bio-energetic vegetable garden and an amphitheatre for shows and events, as well as two large rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows to immerse yourself in nature.
An Italian - American from the outskirts of Rome. Sporty and rebellious, I have always been one to push boundaries and seek the paths less travelled. After graduating with a degree in Fashion History and fast-forwarding through a Master's in Fashion Curation, I was fortunate to be able put my advanced degrees to use by curating inspiring exhibitions and museums. While on pause from my fashion career, I found myself on a detour to what has now become one of the most incredible paths I could have imagined...
Seeking a new adventure, I spent 2 months in an orphanage in Haiti teaching English, where I developed and led a successful fundraiser to raise the necessary funds to build a new dorm for the children. Invigorated, energised and deeply moved, I set off to see more of the world and its vast cultures. I spent nearly 1.5 years travelling around Southeast Asia, learned Reiki (L2) from the Master Luna Praya in Thailand before finding my way to India. Submerged in its rich culture of Yoga and Meditation, I lived in a few ashrams and participated in several 10 day silent meditation courses (Vipassana). My time in India was undoubtedly instrumental in guiding me on my Yoga journey.
Driven by my new-found passion, I returned to London where I studied under the senior teachers of Fierce Grace Yoga, including Yogis Michele Pernetta, Emma Croft, Karen Bellfield and Mark Oram. A student at heart, I’ve continued my development by completing Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Chair Yoga Training and pre- and post-natal Yoga Teacher Training.
A winding journey has led me to where I am now and I am excited to continue to grow, learn, teach and practice with all of you.
I love teaching, I love yoga, and I love sharing the love.
