Please note, due to the current conditions and restrictions regarding COVID19, all classes are offered online via Zoom ONLY. You will need access to a computer or mobile device and have Zoom installed prior to class commencement.

  • A modified practice that is soft, gentle, supportive and beneficial.

  • One hour playful yoga class

  • A beginner & Intermediate 4 week course to learn the fundamentals

  • Monday to Friday 30 minute Yoga Infused classes
