Service Description

Our classes are designed to slow things down and give your body and mind the attention it deserves. Drawing on Yin and restorative influences, each session moves through all directions of the spine and body, releasing tension that builds up in the hips, pelvis, shoulders and back. Postures are held with intention, breath is the guide, and stillness is welcomed. Every class begins with a short group check-in, a moment to share how you are feeling and what your body needs that day. This helps shape the session so that it feels personal and relevant to everyone in the class. From there we move into a brief breathwork and meditation practice before flowing through the sequence of asanas. Each class is different, ensuring variety and a sense of discovery every time you step onto the mat. All levels and all ages are welcome. Every posture comes with variations so you can choose what feels right for your body on any given day. Beginners can take their time learning the foundations, while more experienced practitioners can go deeper. If you are working around an injury, modifications are always available and you will never be left without an option that works for you. This is a space to slow down, tune in and feel good.
