Closing 2025... & Welcoming (with Excitement!) 2026!!!
Looking back at this year, I can only smile.
Closing this chapter, I’m reminded that it held so much — joy, chaos, fatigue, tears, laughter and growth — all of it mattered. As I look back on the year, I can’t help but smile. Every moment had its purpose, and when I look back, it makes me smile.
Not because it was easy — but because it was honest. The challenges, the tender moments, and the lessons were all worth the courage it took to place myself in new directions and unfamiliar spaces.

This year asked me to stretch, to trust, and to show up fully. And in return, it gave me more than I could have imagined.
The year began grounded in time with family in Florida, followed by a quick, joy-filled trip to Cabo, Mexico, to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. Surrounded by ocean air, laughter, and friends, we were gifted unforgettable moments whales watching and seeing seals. It was an incredible way to open the year.
From there, I gently flowed into time with my chosen family — my friends — in London. Those early weeks felt like a soft landing, a reminder of the importance of being held before leaping forward again.
The Philippines & Thailand: Service, Healing, and Deep Learning
In the Philippines, I was blessed to volunteer with the Rise Above Foundation, where we came together to raise funds in support of food distribution for the local community. Being of service in this way — present, with an open heart, and connected — was a powerful reminder that healing isn’t only energetic or personal; it’s also practical, relational, and rooted in care for one another.
While there, I was also guided — almost magically — to a generational healer, someone whose lineage and wisdom felt both ancient and intuitive. Nestled in a small village on a mountain with no signs on the road, she worked her magic on me and, in her own quiet way, taught me a trick or two that I carry with me still. These are the moments I trust deeply: when the right teacher appears without effort, exactly when needed.
Thailand continued this thread of learning and devotion. I returned to my Reiki Master, the woman I continue to learn from and grow with. Each time we meet, I learn something new. I had the chance to assist her in her trainings, stepping further into my role as both student and practitioner. Everything I offer today is something I’ve first lived in my own body and nervous system. I learn on my own skin, through experience. And when I find a frequency that feels nourishing, aligned, and true, I feel called to share it.
Italy: Family, Rest, and Celebration
Italy marked a shift in pace. It was time to decompress, to land, and to be with family. One of the most precious moments of the year unfolded there: my grandmother flew alone from the U.S. to celebrate her 88th birthday. We gathered in the Umbrian countryside for a grand celebration — full of laughter, stories, and love — a day that will live in our hearts for a long time. It was a reminder that presence is the greatest gift we can give one another.
Colombia: Grounding and Health
The summer carried me to Colombia — a land with a deeply beautiful and grounding energy, ideal for energetic work and integration. Here, I had all types of plans, but my body had others and chose that it needed me to place my own health at the forefront. To ground. I slowed down, grounded deeply, and allowed my body to recalibrate. Colombia offered exactly what I needed: stability, earthiness, and space to listen. Just staring at the roots of all the trees was one of my favourite hobbies there!
Egypt: The Heart of It All
And then came Egypt.
A place I had been dreaming of and preparing for for a long time. Egypt was the highlight of the year — a place of profound remembrance, blessings, and awe. I held my first two retreats at the footsteps of the Great Pyramids of Giza, and the experiences shared there were nothing short of extraordinary. Breakthroughs, clarity, and moments of deep mystical connection unfolded in ways that are still difficult to put into words.
