I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be 'braving the shave' on my birthday week in August 2023 to donate my luscious brown Italian hair to the Little Princess Trust Fund, which creates wigs for children affected by cancer.
The intention is to raise funds for Innerscience that support the research of the healing benefits of meditation which is something I am working on. InnerScience Research Fund is a nonprofit dedicated to funding research on the biological and physiological effects of meditation on the human body, empowering individuals to heal and thrive. Their vision is a world where meditation is an integral part of the standard of care in preventing and treating illness and disease.
Innerscience has been funding Dr Joe Dispenza’s research to support the multitude of benefits of meditation. As I continue to study and learn Dr Joe’s teachings, I could not be happier to support this research. Dr Joe Dispenza's work has been pivotal to me, his teachings have helped improve the quality of my thoughts and therefore my life. There is so much I have already learned and intend to learn through the practice of meditation.
For years, I've wanted to donate my hair but the fear of looking 'ugly' has held me back. By cutting off all my hair, I'm challenging my subconscious belief that my beauty is based on my hair and embracing the idea of feeling unlimited. This act is not only a personal milestone for me but also an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children impacted by cancer and to support the fight against cancer with your generous donation. Any support towards this cause would be greatly appreciated because together, we can make a change.

Feeling extra generous???
I'm attending the next Dr Joe week-long and Advance Follow-Up event in Marco Island to learn the techniques to heal the body through meditation. I’m inviting anyone who wants to donate extra to help cover some of my costs (flights, accommodation and course). It's going to be a transformative experience, and any amount is appreciated! Your generosity will help me fully immerse myself in this opportunity to learn and grow. Let's make this journey together, and thank you in advance for your kindness and support!
The Little Princess Trust
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other conditions.
Their purpose is to have a positive impact on our beneficiaries, both through the provision of wigs and as a result of their research funding. They want to reflect this positivity in all that they say and do, so they can have a positive impact on everyone they come into contact with.
looking for sponsors and a hairdresser in east London to shave my hair
An Italian - American from the outskirts of Rome. Sporty and rebellious, I have always been one to push boundaries and seek the paths less travelled. After graduating with a degree in Fashion History and fast-forwarding through a Master's in Fashion Curation, I was fortunate to be able put my advanced degrees to use by curating inspiring exhibitions and museums. While on pause from my fashion career, I found myself on a detour to what has now become one of the most incredible paths I could have imagined...
Seeking a new adventure, I spent 2 months in an orphanage in Haiti teaching English, where I developed and led a successful fundraiser to raise the necessary funds to build a new dorm for the children. Invigorated, energised and deeply moved, I set off to see more of the world and its vast cultures. I spent nearly 1.5 years travelling around Southeast Asia, learned Reiki (L2) from the Master Luna Praya in Thailand before finding my way to India. Submerged in its rich culture of Yoga and Meditation, I lived in a few ashrams and participated in several 10 day silent meditation courses (Vipassana). My time in India was undoubtedly instrumental in guiding me on my Yoga journey.
Driven by my new-found passion, I returned to London where I studied under the senior teachers of Fierce Grace Yoga, including Yogis Michele Pernetta, Emma Croft, Karen Bellfield and Mark Oram. A student at heart, I’ve continued my development by completing Rainbow Kids Yoga Teacher Training, Chair Yoga Training and pre- and post-natal Yoga Teacher Training.
A winding journey has led me to where I am now and I am excited to continue to grow, learn, teach and practice with all of you.
I love teaching, I love yoga, and I love sharing the love.
